You already should get wary after a handful of reallocated sectors and make sure you have a backup ready at that point.
In OP's case there's not only already thousands of them, but the drive already had to reallocate 186 times so far. That means close to 200 bad spots of a few sectors each that the drive deemed unusable. At that point usually it will become worse over time until there's no more reserve and the drive reports actual bad sectors to the OS.
