I've probably pinched and punctured more skin on those 24 pin connectors than I have when (re)installing a hyper evo 212 across multiple builds (and those fins are razor sharp).

The tab is nothing. The problem is that the plug is connected so tight that you can pull the port right off the mobo pins. I dunno who though that was a good design.
