Sure it's not a D5? The C5 looks smaller than yours.
D5's nicer anyway, seems like an earlier one than anything I turned up, most of them have card readers and newer Pentium branding. Looks worth fixing up.

If you have an old ATX case, then yeah you could do it. An AT case like pictured, however, would need to be modified to fit and work with ATX-based hardware.
