when my 8800 gts died (it was the second best/most expensive card they sold at the time) they replaced it with a fucking gts 450. they couldn't even step it up to a gtx 460. both of which were a generation old at the time i believe, and this was after they sent me two broken 8800 gts replacements and i complained.

I started with a Commodore C128. Bought it about a month after they were released. The rest of the history is a little... fuzzy.

One of my favorite x86 systems was the HP Visualize X-Class. 2x P3 1GHz, 2GB RAM, 2x 72GB U160 SCSI drives. Later replaced the Elsa Gloria 2 with a TI4600, and kept the pair of VooDoo 2's (because glide & Unreal).
