Is C# the /g/'s favourite language?
That;s not Assembly
>>60299344
It could be if it was more widely used. It's a good language.
everyone knows the /g/'za favorite language is brainfuck
It would be great if it weren't tied to Windows. Windows development is a huge pain in the ass. I'm glad to see that Microsoft is starting to take steps to be more developer-friendly, but it still feels like we're just more of an afterthought.

If you dont care for GUI then there's .net core.
>>60299344
I prefer Python and C. C# isn't totally platform independent.
>>60299344
C# would be my favorite language if not for the fact that it seems like not enough people are switching away from C++.
Lazy bastards.

Daily reminder that C# blows Java the fuck out.

Even if you hate Microsoft and/or the .NET Framework, C# is objectively a better language than Java. Not hard to do when Java more or less stagnated for the better part of a decade and is still built on a questionable foundation (int vs Integer, lack of operator overloading even just for strings, etc)

i dont know if its /g/'s favorite language but mine is.though i like java and c++ too.
