They try to force a monopoly on repairing their devices by making non-standard ports and access tools. Crack a screen? Take it to the apple store. Motherboard issue but no details or error code? Take it to the apple store. Unknown driver issues? Take it to the apple store. And end up paying more than a device is worth sometimes to replace the faulty part instead of actually repairing it.

Bottlenecking programmers into being forced to learn this ONE specific fucking language to tap into ONE specific marketplace, IE, people who use iphone apps. If I develop an app knowing Java, well, I can't exactly fucking tap into the iphone marketplace.

Botnet everything. No customization. Paying 3000$ for an aesthetic basically. Same specs on a normal machine would easily cost 750$, where as with Apple it's x5 as expensive. The variety of OS are shit aswell.

Gee I wonder why 90% of the marketplace is PC and why anyone who does serious computer science uses linux or windows. HPC? Linux. NASA software? Linux and Windows.
