Its that "feature" of Windows 10 that actually nobody uses - "personal assistant" that was supposed to get used to you, learn your patterns and habbits and thus make PC usage easier, faster and more personalized.
And since we had some advertising bullshit, here is some reality. It doesnt work - or at least not as it was advertised. Voice commands are broken, all the gloryfied functions are simply search with online options and some sort of "favorite" list, so if you would happen to open your trap porn more often than other videos, it would appear on the top of the list when searching.
Not to mention that pretty much everyone disable it or ignore it. Last time I asked, even people who left her running intact didnt notice any real results.
You could also run Education which have her disabled by default (actually more like removed, since she cant be enabled back). Or simply Enterprise.
