I don't shill. I sent a potential paying customer out of my store today to buy a Logitech keyboard and mouse at Wal-Mart. I did that because it was the best solution for him. I don't want his money. I want him to receive the best possible solution, whether or not that involves giving me money. I've referred people to eBay for deep-discounted iPhone SEs because they were poor. I've even fixed people's MS Office problems for them -- which I can do because I'm a generalist, and know a lot about a lot of different things, including things that don't have fruit logos on the back -- without even charging them.
