I just had an idea and I'm not sure if it's actually good

A group of non-cabal trackers made to mirror cabal ones. The emphasis would be on a disconnection from cabal staff, so getting /marked/ or banned on a cabal site wouldn't affect you on one of these sites.

The site could be based on GazelleOT or some better framework if it exists. Priority registration could be given to cabal users, on the condition that you upload or cross seed material after you join. There could also be a separation from the forums and the tracker, e.g. getting banned from the forums for shitposting wouldn't get you banned from using the tracker.
