Thanks, the fabric is at least better than the torn original fabric and it feels really nice since it's sleeping sheet fabric.

Yes, very. It's a 2.5cm tick 180x90cm MDF tabletop with a laminated veneer finish. It is reinforced by steel bars underneath the desk to keep the top from sagging towards the center.

10/10 would recommend MDF, great material. Maybe not as :luxurious: as fancy schmancy hardwood, but it is solid, sturdy, and easy to clean.

Well, my hearing issue is sort of new (3 months), and before I had it I was starting to buy into this audiophool shit. Let me tell you, I hated it. Linear sound is dry and boring. Somewhat more resolution in the mid range is not worth losing most of the the highs and lows, and dynamism all over the board. I like my sound lively and colored, not flat and sterile.

The top is an Ikea Hammarp solid oak countertop cut down a bit and sanded/stained.

For lighting I used a 16ft rgb led strip for the desk and a usb powered shorter strip for the monitor. Both on amazon very cheap.

PC case lighting is a Hue+ unit.

The legs are metal kitchen equipment legs. They are adjustable to even out a non-level setup. I have them screwed to the top but just resting on the drawers with rubber inserts under the feet that prevent sliding. The weight of the top makes it very hard to move even when not fastened. If that makes any sense.

The Aeron has really fantastic lumbar support, including a thick adjustable bar that you can raise or lower to add support where you want it, though I always just keep it at the very bottom so it doesn't do much.
Based on some quick googling it looks like the PostureFit is just an addon to a standard Aeron - have you tried taking it off and seeing how that feels?
