That's the most fully functioning library at the moment, near as I can tell. It's basically the reference implementation.
The Javascript implementation is catching up (so pretty soon it might be possible to just download an extension and seamlessly connect to IPFS) but my knowledge in JS is limited.
Meanwhile, the official Python implementation may see some use in the future, but right now it's not even off the ground.
