This its pretty good. I never have any trouble with it.
I've been using tixati for over a year now, really nice, and works like a charm
I use Deluge. It's alright.. I guess.
There are no amazing clients really.
Deluge

qbittorrent is probably your best choice if you're on windows

I missed a couple, look in that list, it's not that long.
qBittorrent. It's what uTorrent used to be like.
It's *a modern* uTorrent without the crap that uTorrent is nowadays, i.e. bitcoin miner, advertisement, subscription shill etc.
I have tried all the major torrent clients on every OS. Currently running a NAS, windows PC and MBP
Windows: qBittorrent > utorrent 2.2.1 (old utorrent like that is missing a lot of handy features that qbitorrent has) >>>>> rest
Mac: Transmission and transmission only
Linux: rtorrent (+ rutorrent) > Deluge >= qBitorrent > Transmission
Deluge is shit on everything that isn't Linux, and even then it has problems with speed and seek times.I was seeding 300 torrents on qbitorrent on windows before I moved it to a NAS where I used rtorrent with the rutorrent web interface. Transmission can't handle things like that.
As for Mac, I don't really torrent much, only when I need to pirate some software for it, but Transmission is the only one that is optimized for it.

Deluge > μTorrent 2.2.1 > Transmission > Halite > μTorrent > qBittorrent
