How do we stop chads from taking over tech?

Chads take over everything because attractive people get ahead in this world, specifically in careers. The bigger the commercial tech industry, the more Chads will succeed in it. Remove the business aspect and fat neckbeards are back in the game.

Become a chad yourself and stop worrying about inert weakass nerds, they'll be pruned out of the genepool anyway.
