Looks like a corrupted partition desu senpai.
Try cd'ing around to see if partition is damaged or simply volume ID changed. Try downloading a live image to USB drive and booting from it to see what's left.

dd of=/dev/sda if=/dev/urandom bs=4M
replace sda with correct drive if need be
