Is there a way to view anything and everything that is sent via WiFi? For instance, the picture on this topic? Could I go into my router and it has a source of where it originated and where it was sent and what it is?

You can sniff packets.
If it's sent using a plaintext protocol like HTTP, then you should be able to reassamble the file that was sent, who sent it, and where it was sent to.

No anon. That is not possible. Scientists still wonder how Wifi works. It is seen as a "god transmission" that works without knowing how.
Fucking hell, how the fuck do you think your computer would know what to show you when you do any network request over a wifi connection. I swear this board is getting dumber by the second.

Yes, I am seeing the picture you posted and it was transmitted over Wi-fi to my computer. What about it?

You could be on the network, running an ARPspoof. You essentially just arpspoof yourself as the router and the client and you'll see the traffic before it gets to the router. Then run driftnet or something to get the images.
