Would it be possible to host a pirate site servers in space? Say you had enough money for a satellite and built one and launched it would that be legal?
Who owns the space rights?
If that's too much work how high must you be to be able to host something in an airspace nobody owns? Would it be possible with a drone, or army of drones?
Sidenote, I honestly believe satellites are one of the greatest human inventions on the plant

We could just wait until interplanitary communications are established and connect through them.
It's the location of the servers that matter not the connection method.
Hence you could use a official relay satilite to connect to earth from somewhere else in space.
