I have a Toshiba Satellite and I can't connect the wifi. I'm using school (college) wifi, so it can't be a problem with the adaptor since I can connect with my phone. Going to wifi settings it shows that Wifi is off with a black box around it. I try turning it on but as soon as a leave that page, it returns to off.
How do I fix this problem?

I've tried uninstalling the wifi driver and the restarting
I've tried turning off Norton firewall
I've tried going into wifi setting but the button for wifi keeps reverting to off.
