Anyone here who knows anything about resetting TPM based SVP's?
My dumb brother set a SVP on his TP T440 and forgot it.
Can i trust allservice DOT ro?
They claim to be able to fix it.
All i need to do is pay them 79$ for a SPEG + some software and 65$ for them to modify the BIOS dump i create with the SPEG, send them the dump, flash it, let it reset the TPM and reflash the original BIOS.

Okay :(

You can just use any dumper.
Their service is legit.
Also this seems like a huge vulnerability, loading unsigned dxe driver. This effectively bypasses boot guard.
I wonder if I can get Lenovo to fix it.

Yeah i don't feel good flashing their files. Who knows what's hidden in them.
Do you have connections at Lenovo?

No but since these are business laptops it's kinda an issue.
But then maybe there's nothing they can do about it. I don't really know how uefi works.
It's your choice to trust them but there isn't much they can do anyway. They tell you to flash the original back so nothing can persist.
