Hey guys, is there a CPU in All in one PCs? Like, could I simply take one out of an All in one PC, and put it in another custom PC?

No, they use discrete logic gates in a big array called a TTL.

Depends on the AIO in question, some have standard desktop CPUs, some have Notebook CPUs, and some have shitty soldered BGA CPUS.
You can usually tell which one they are in the spec sheet CPU model.
