Vanilla music, for the folder browsing and lightweight-ness.
Also it's foss and available on play store and fdroid.
WIth Viper and Dolby Atmos you can use every music player you like.
Foobar.

This. After trying several, I just stick to Vanilla.
The default OEM ones have always been best IMO. Every third party app I tried is trashy in one way or another, whether it's the UI, not having folder support, or some strange way of handling files.
I have yet to find one third party app that outclasses default stuff like LG's music app

Google Play Music All Access
Is there a music player that detects different cover art on different tracks which are packed in one album instead of only the first?
I have a couple artists who release lots of singles but never bother to put them into an album, so I do it myself as I don't want 30 albums of 2 songs flooding my library, but I still want every song and its respective B side to have its own cover. What players always do is display the cover that is embedded in the id3 tag of the track with tracknumber 01. Only one that does thus right is jetAudio but it feels clunky and doesn't seem to cache art.

Cracked Deezer with music/playlist downloader.

poweramp does this. It annoys me though. I have my cover art set up as a invisible "folder.jpeg" file in the album folder. Then when i load it up in winamp i'll have some tracks that still have the built-in cover image.
