I assume that has something to do with state of every other thing. On the other hand you can battle ad nauseum with constant instability and unreliable documentation. Or you can choose Lisp and enjoy to know that documentation from 20 years ago is still valid advice. That's my theory. People are so sick of having to learn new bullshit trend every month to get something done. So people are starting to use Common Lisp of all things again to get something actually done and have fun.

Common Lisp is neat for little toy console programs to show off on /dpt/ and for writing your own shitty compiler, but it's not useful for any "real world" software development.
The problem is not frameworks and languages of choice, it's shitty programmers.
