Hi.
I want to create one database of all my photos, hobbies, texts and project. The system must be like catalog with full control of topics or tags or some filters.
For example I don't need evernote pro account or trello checklist. The "dream" system is full control of transparent information and presentation of it.
I already used:
MindJet - great system and filters if I not saving photos.
OneNote - tags and bookmars but every page looks like huge board or wall without any connections
Articulate Storyline - too long work on interactive flash-like site
Folders, clouds - hate that - too linear but not informative
After create "own space" i want to share some facts or post in 1 site. I try to start own blog with card-type posts, account on medium, youtube channel, group in facebook, lists in thematic sites, some rss-feeds "star-bookmarks. But everytime I need to dublicate new information to every system, 2nd problem - I don't have full control of domain - it may be closed. And how i can export my info from this sites and catalog i?
I really abused.
May anyone share the chain of systematizing option+tool?
PS: English is not my strong skill, sorry.

Use "Getting things done".
You can do it with a simple MS Excel sheet if you want to.

it is time-management system. But i need to catagolize already done work> for example i have photos from conference 2013, text from 2014 about Company A, have cool demotivators aboutt one theme, list of favorite books, presentations, excel sheets about interesting features.
And I want not only organize all of it but look in 1 filtered page to get some insight about creating work/hobbie/book/etc
I've been looking for something like this since forever. It doesn't exist.
I'm actually trying to learn how to program and manage databases to create something like this for myself and maybe throw it on github or whatever if I actually manage to do it, but I've just started learning, so don't hold your breath.
For organizing pictures, I suggest you try Hydrus.
