It's infested with AT&T bloatware and the bootloader is locked. Apparently this is a widespread problem so I would suggest avoiding the S5 unless you know it's not got the locked bootloader.

get the note 4 instead. I love my S5 and it still holds up due to the Rom scene, but I'm upgrading to the note 4 because it's got better specs and still has everything the s5 had that made it great
