AMD is fine for the moment, they are doing well by shrinking their losses which might actually turn into a profit next quarter.

My issue is the current stock price.

They shrunk their loss per share to 4c per share compared to Q1 last year, but somehow are worth 3x as much as a company for it ??

realistically they are worth 4-8/share, maybe less if they keep issuing shares like drunken sailors

Stock price dropping means nothing except that dumb speculators expected more than AMD predicted

AMD will be fine. They decreased their loss in one month only with Ryzen 7. Give them a few months and wait for the rest of the Ryzen lineup to launch and they'll have profit again.

On the other hand I'm pretty worried about Intel, priority shipments of Skylake-EP/ES to Google/Amazon/alibaba/bigwigs etc etc and a full month of KBL laptop and desktop revenue but still a huge Q1 loss.
