So I've been playing player unknown battleground and want it to run and look better. I'm looking for a better graphics card for under $200. Think I've settled on evga geforce gtx 1050 ti for about $150. I currently have a gtx650 so really anything is an upgrade. Just looking for some input.
Computer specs:
Mobo: ASUS P8Z77-V LK LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard with UEFI BIOS
Current graphics card: EVGA GeForce GTX 650 DirectX 12 (feature level 11_0) 01G-P4-2650-KR 1GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card
Processor: Intel Core i5-3570K Ivy Bridge Quad-Core 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo) LGA 1155 77W BX80637I53570K Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 4000
Not sure about ram but I've got 16gb of ddr3
Note I bought and built this current pic basically all in 2013. So it's a tad dated. I just don't wanna get a video card that is gonna get bottlenecked

Get an RX 480.

The game isn't really well optimized, for instance I couldn't play it at first (same specs) without it lagging too hard and just having shit below 30 FPS.
At the moment it's mostly 60+ FPS on medium settings everything, on a 4690k @ 4.6GHz and a 480 8GB. In the areas that I get FPS drops, GPU usage also drops which makes it seem like a CPU bottleneck.
But then again, it could also be that the game is poorly optimized and you might be okay, or might not be.
RX 470/570 or a 480/580 4gb.

I'm definitely aware the game isn't optimized but my card definitely can't be helping right? I mean I see streamers and shit and the game looks and runs so well although I'm sure they have top top of the line stuff
RX 480 / GTX 1060 (6GB version only, the 3GB is crippled). Get the cheaper one.

from 650 to 1050ti ? you'll see hell of a boost in old games and above average 40fps frames on most 2016~2017 games.
60 constant fps is pure meme.

Also I have an intel processor and Asus mobo aren't I not able to use AMD video cards?
>>60156250
Ya it's. 650 with 1gb of memory to boot lol so very sed

That's not how it works, anon.

1050ti is only of you need a pci powered card.
580/4 $200 if that 3570 is @4ghz or higher there will be no bottlenecks, best bang/buck card right now.
If it isn't even auto overclocked or you really can't do $200. A 570 possibly a 480 if it has good rebates. Nothing lower

1050ti is not worth it. rx 570 is way faster.
gigabyte rx 570 is $168 but the rx580 is only $20 more.
the 580 is the best bang for buck.
