I use my mice very frequently. I have gone through several mice and time and time again they look gross after a year of use: rubber fades away, shit gets everywhere, etc. I want a good mouse but I want this mouse to be metal so that it does not wear away. Suggestions?
I'm interested on this subject so bump
Mice are disposable items. Buy more in advance.
>shit gets everywhere
Rubbing alcohol, a rag and a toothbrush remove shit nicely

The G502 is the fucking worst for this. It's a decent mouse but all its nooks and crannies get filled with shit after a year.
Wash your hands and clean your mouse more often. You're a filthy animal op.

1. Stop buying mice with rubber grips / rubber coatings, get a better shaped mouse with smooth plastic instead.
2. Don't palm grip your mouse aka reduce the amount of contact you place on the mouse.
3. Get a lighter mouse, you shouldn't be sweating from simply lifting it around.
4. If you still can't keep it clean, get a white mouse so the human slime doesn't show as easily.

You have acidic skin, fix your diet. Loose weight too, only obese people have acidic skin.

I've had mine for 1+ year and the wheel's still looking like it was the day i got it. Only complaint is all of the shit that builds up in corners and holes
