A) After undervolting. It is originally listed as 160. Again, notably higher than a maxed out 1060.
B) AdoredTV is outnumbered in his wattage assessments. More datapoints show not just marginally, but significantly higher power draw.
C) AdoredTV hasn't the credibility of the sites aforementioned. Unless you'd trust him over sites like Anandtech and Tom's Hardware. Though I can understand why you'd prefer an outlier to larger datasets.

It's a complete blowout. Installing an RX 580 will short out not just your computer, but the entire neighborhood. Installing one should be labeled a criminal act, a sabotage of national power grids, punishable by 10 years of hard labor in the Nvidia silicon mines.
