Found it in one of the classrooms in uni

Looks like a throttle control for a flight sim
>>60138122
well it's a Genius but i got nothing on this from the internet.
Doesn't seem like a thruster. :/ also 15 pins
>>60138139
Lois like it was designed to plug into the midi connector of sound board. I had a midi control pad back in the day

flight sim throttle control
>>60138139
Those look like trim adjustment things on the side, it's a weird shaped flightstick that plugs into a gameport.
Impossible to find an exact model though.
>>60138082
give it back, jamal
>>60138082
Ignore all the other posters, that's an early VR fingerbox controller from the 80's

Actually those should be firmness adjusters. From sloppy jalopy to she don't move so well no more.

Aah, my first joystick. I hate hard centering with passion ever since then.
It plugs into gameport. Blue thingies are trim adjustment (they physically rotate pots).
Throttle control
>>60138082
Its an old game joystick from the 1990s before usb was standardized.
fucking weird that its pure white though. beige-white was the color of choice back then and usually the plastic rots to a yellow by now. that thing must have been in the dark for a very long time.

The flawed flame retardant in those plastics goes yellow from exposure to oxygen, light just speeds up the process. It might be from a batch with improved or unflawed fire retardant. You see it all the time with old video game stuff - one half of the console is the original color, while the other half is yellowed because they were from different production batches

neat. Didnt know it was a fire retardant, I always just assumed it was just shitty plastic from the olden days
