How do I get a job at IBM?

I know someone who worked at IBM for a few years.

He's mildly schizophrenic. Thinks our office is bugged and shit. Talks about aliens invading and whatnot.

He's a genius at what he does, but IBM looks for a special kind of crazy I guess. Or they make you that way after you work there. Not sure.
