Is was easy. You literally install it on the computers you need to use it on, and follow a few interactive steps to setup a network.

It worked perfectly fine once it was setup, which is a hell of a lot easier than openvpn.

There was a alternative to it called Tunngle (at least I think it was) that was like having a vet giving you a colonoscopy using barbed wire.
