What anti-virus/malware is /g/ using? Personally Malware + Windows Defender. If you don't use protection software, state why.

Kaspersky
Unforunately MalwareBytes hasn't been doing so well lately

Yea, it seems to have fallen behind. I'm running a bunch of malware/adware tools at the moment cause chrome is randomly opening tabs to ads. Caught it trying to install compatibility software for my Samsung Note 5.

Check if you have any rogue addons
Also I've had good luck with AdwCleaner in the past
Windows defender because it won't let me turn it off
Windows Defender
nothing since avast 4.8 stopped working

I have that same shirt.

Tried Kaspersky but it seems to block some of my browser addons/scripts even with the setting disabled.
Shame as I remember it to be a decent product.
A firewall and that's it
I don't need anything else because antiviruses are memes

Ublock + Https everywhere + any well configured firewall.
Antivirus is a meme
I don't use antivirus because it often aggressively interfere with other programs. Also a good firewall, plus a hardened browser with backup restore is better way of protecting your computer.
