If you aren't going to learn it and just do it once, just buy a new one and replace the mobo. Otherwise you will need a multimeter, the schematic, micro soldering iron, spare board chips (of you know what part you have to replace), micro heat gun, soldering flux and probably some more stuff.

Will cost you more than just buying a new motherboard. Also, if you fail, you're fucked because you won't know where else to go.
