update on the drawing tablet: I got part way through drawing a mitu before the drivers died? the software just fucked off. I still had pressure sens for bit and then it went, at least in Photoshop it did, in windows 10 screenfeatch drawing it was fine. I'll try tinkering a bit and report back again.

It works because it's an active adapter. It's essentially a very slow 2D-only GPU with a RAMDAC and D-sub connector. The adapters you bought are passive and require support from the connected port for the protocol the adapters convert to. Kinda like the od DVI to VGA adapters, where the GPU had a RAMDAC for analog output and the adapter simply changed the connector.

My first ever chinkorder came in! I had used Superbuy for the whole process, and surprisingly so, they did a swell job of not chinking me over.

okay, worst comes first:
I ordered this gooseneck from banggood, not taobao. I consider myself def. chinked when it comes to the quality of the product. It manages to hold my tablet, but the pin is way too weak to keep the whole structure in place when you move the gooseneck around. I'm thinking about niggerrigging it with a stronger clip, cause the neck itself is actually quite strong.

The initial reason to order shit from taobao was to buy some hipster getmetrolled wrist watches.
As expected, this was a mixed bag.

1) the black felt Nomos was the one I expected to get chinked on the most, but it turned out to be the best watch out of the whole order. The strap feels nice, body is thin and nice. I compare her to my Superbuy Agent called Kathy. Thank you Kathy.

2) I gave this thing away cause it looks way too fucking girly. The body came across as more bronze/gold on the pics, but it's actually super pink. Shame, I really wanted this.

3) If anything can revive the XBOXHUGE meme, it's this thing. If you have EVER SO SLIGHTLY girly hands, you won't be able to pull this off. I'm not gonna wear it.

4/5) They're both nice. A little bigger than I had anticipated (can't trust review pics with all those Asians and they're tiny slave hands) but the almost look like advertised.

All of the watches work and none of their components feel in your face cheap. For the price, I'm def. happy.

What are some thoughts on the AILIHEN I60 on-ear headphones?

The reviews seem to be really favorable, but the sub-$20 price tag makes me feel like they might be a bit cheaply made and won't have a very long lifespan.

I'm pretty strapped for cash right now and I don't want to keep using the Samsung pre-packaged earbuds (or earbuds in general) with my phone, so I'm not looking for anything particularly audiophilic only with a decent quality of sound. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Finally succes in my quest for comfy earbuds.
The Tennmak Pro dual driver.
After the KZ ATE, KZ ZS3 and the Fonge s500 this one is by far the best. And it better be for the price.
Only downside is the cable thats pre-formed and sticks out over my ear a bit.

But it seems definitely there. Maybe a bit of a switch if you are used to beats or whatever. More than fine for me.

At $616 it better be high quality technology. It's not exactly the cheaper range of notebooks. That being said, I do like where this is going. Notice how that one has a 3000x2000 pixel IPS display. It's only got a 2MP camera, though.

Traditional notebook/laptop brands still put garbage TN panels on their laptops and 1366x768 is _still_ common. And a 720p garbage "webcam" is still the common solution.

I personally have a hope that more brands that started in the mobile space will move into the notebook/laptop market because there really is a need for a shakeup and refresh there. As an example: 13MP camera parts are cheap and common so why do $1000 laptops have a 1MP camera? How is it that a mobile phone can have one very tiny speaker and still sound better and louder than a huge laptop? And most importantly: Realize that 1366x768 TN panels should have been discarded years ago. If you want me to upgrade from my aging laptop then your product better come with a 1440p IPS or better.

I'd rather have this cheap Cube than a more expensive Lenovo machine if I had to choose. Atleast they've put a IPS screen with 3000x2000 pixels on it.

My personal opinion is that diminishing returns very quickly kick in after $120 but headphones at that do sound better than $17 headphones. And they should, just like you should expect that these $17 headphones are probably a bit lacking in the mids and very lacking in the highs. But for the price they look fine.
