He blocked everyone with a Finnish IP from accessing his site (I think it was years ago and it's still blocked) because he was stopped at the border by customs. In his mind it was some kind of grand conspiracy against him because of his site. In reality, no one cares about his poxy site, and he was presumably stopped for being suspicious. Considering he threw a fit about it I guess he may have been caught carrying something. The guy clearly doesn't have all his marbles intact.
