what email providers have you discovered that value users anonymity
which are least likely to share information with:
1)western government agencies
2)data-gathetering companies?
Just tried making a mail.com address and they have a mandatory captcha verification created by google that can't be finished through tor or vpn, so that's out of the question.

1) Your government will always have power to get your emails if they really want to. If they can't force it from the email provider, they will force it from you.
2) Start by showing actual proof that any big providers ( Google for example ) share your data to other companies.
