Airflow should go from front to back and create a wind tunnel.

How could we possibly know that? Fans should blow air in the front, or the back and top, maybe down from the top if necessary. If that fan is on right and blowing towards the rear exhaust fan it should be fine. Real question is can the cpu and gpu stay within their safe temperature ranges while under load? Only you can measure that.
