I started out with the 750 before the 10 series came out, upgraded to a 1060 a while ago. No where else to put the 750 and I figured I'd try to get gpu passthrough working. Not much luck so far, they're in the same IOMMU group (motherboard grouped the only 2 PCI slots that can hold graphics cards in the same group, fucking asus)

I could give you the whole lecture on maximizing screen space™ but you've heard that a million times before. For me it's just easier to maneuver on a tiling wm using only the keyboard. It removes the need to have a doc/task bar to keep track of windows, opening up more screen space (also you don't lose windows ever).

Took me a few days to fully get used to, if you're interested i3 has the best defaults and is the least work to get running.
