Eh, under 10 at a level that will be ready to sell. There's still a huge market waiting for "dumb" sexbots, effectively an upgrade to the current sex dolls but they'll be able to perform certain actions on their own (not that hard, we currently already have really cheap thrusting machines that stimulate fucking, so think of this next stage as an advancement of that but with a bodysuit).
The ~20+ guess is more so for sexbots that can actually be waifu/husbando replacements in that they'll perform more than just some sex positions/acts.

Depends on what you mean by a bot.
An actual bot that walks around and is able to do stuff around the house?
Probably the tech is good enough for those purposes in under ~20 years.
A fuckable human looking "bot" with self lubrication and some built in dick massager suction thing, I'd wager under 6 years until a good model comes out.
Even at the very moment it would be easily doable, only problem is that these designs are ugly as shit and the field isn't exactly getting that much attention yet.
So it's this hobbyist level stuff that gets built.
