depends what you want to do.
If you just wanna build some websites, make games (using prebuilt game engine)
then don't go CS.

If you wanna learn some decent programming, build game engines, want to learn about data structures, nerual networks, big data systems, genetic algorithms... then go CS (in a decent uni)
