Does this guy run the best youtube tech channel?

Hes a pretty cool autistic grandpa imo.
I dont watch all of his videos, but ive seen most.
He's cool, the music he uses for his video's is horrible though, always have to turn down the volume when it happens
He seems like that type of guy where if you recognized him on the street he would be really happy about it and would have a quick chat with you

he makes the music himself, he plays the guitar lol

Doesn't change the fact Its still horrible
Back when I watched Linus when he worked at NCIX still, this guy and Linus were like the 2 channels you'd look at.
Then there was some drama with his old channel and I stopped watching both Linus and him so idk

I love the benchmark song...
No, he like 99.9% of all big YouTubers are complete shit.
I had to make a quick decision between a Nitro+ or a Red Devil RX480, so I foolishly went to YouTube. He was one of many that touted the Red Devil as a god overclocker. Not once did the shitty VRMs get mentioned.
Luckily my card is alright, I can get around 1.37GHz on it, but for a tech reviewer he sure as hell didn't review tech.
Getting free products and running benchmarks isn't hard, any monkey can do that. It took some kid in his dorm to figure out the VRM issues. Fucking pathetic.

my comment wasn't meant to change the fact that it's still horrible, are you autistic?

well picking powercolor was your main problem.
I had an amazetech gpu, but I knew from the start that Goofy companies should be treated with suspicion

The only way it impacts me is that I can't flash it to a 580 or run furmark. I still think it's a good card. The point is that there was an important piece of information that no one covered.
Powercolor has been alright for me in the past. One company I will avoid is HIS. I bought a reference HIS 290x on launch day and it came with typos on the box, and it was mining scrypt less than a 7970.

Yeah I agree with you, but I sort of like the gambling aspect.
Getting a dud or an unexpected performer can be like winning at the casino sometimes.
