Wow, you got no idea. I have regular have contact with IBM people in a professional setting, they are 'tech' people who got no idea what they are doing. They are closing requests all the time cause they didnt understand what was asked. They are breaking more stuff then they are fixing. They all have alot of certifications in the email signatures they used and I doubt they even opened the book and braindumped the whole test. A friend of mine works at IBM and he is a seller and knows his stuff.
