What language I need to learn to do a simple text adventure game?
Javascript. It sucks, but it's simple and you can deliver your game to literally everyone just by pasting it into an html file and putting it on an server.

Literally any language. You can make one in a .BAT scripting if you wanted to.

Yes

Any. But this is sound advice.
Maybe read crowford's book about js to avoid writing abysmal code.

I just need to know if I can do a game like that:
NPC: blablabla
1.Blablabla? (leads to text1 by NPC)
2.Blablabla. (leads to text2 by NPC)
3.Blablabla! (leads to text3 by NPC)
If I can do that with any language, I'll start with C, I think.
TADS or Inform.

C is literally the worst choice for this, especially if you are a beginner. C lacks any kind of convenient string handling.

Sounds more like a CYOA than a text adventure. There's actual programs and utilities to do just that, though I've seen a lot of similar games made with Python.

English would be a good start

Qbasic
Fuck, I'm old

Thank you. I'll do a search and start studying!

But my games are not going to be in English...

I wrote some IF games in BBC BASIC. We can be old together.

Me and my schoolmates spent every recess writing text based adventures in qbasic about my class, those where the days

Are you wanting something with pictures too? Are you trying to make something like a Visual Novel? There's already a good engine for that called Ren'Py. Written in Python and already has the basics coded in so you don't have to do everything from scratch, but supports Python coding in your game scripts so you can have conditional statements, loops, etc.

I should add that it's very simple and easy to use. I had a game up and running in less than week, and the majority of that time was spent writing the story; the actual game creation was a breeze.

In the current year, I would suggest Javascript if you want anyone to bother playing it. Not many people want to bother downloading an executable for a likely shitty game when there's tons of stuff they can play in their browser.
(((scheme)))
Heck you can probably just do it in Twine using their in-browser flowchart thing.
It'll shit out a little .HTML for you to host on fetish game sites and everything.

Anyone interested in playing text adventures already has TADS or Frotz installed.
