This should maximize compatibility with the majority of what windows 10 users will be using and is Microsoft's recommended way of testing.

Can't I just use windows 10 without activating it? In windows 7 the only disadvantage was the black screen and the warning at the start which I don't give a fuck since the computer is 99,9% of the time in a game, I don't even make purchases or browse in it.
