Why is Apple so shit now?
>inb4 it was always shit -- Jobs-era Apple always had one or two products in their line-up that are good value and product refreshes brought a feature or two that are actually useful
Its an illusion. There's simply nothing more to do. Have you seen anything truly ground breaking in the past 5 years? No, you haven't. Everything has just been incremental improvements because all the branches of tech have basically already been established. Tablets and smart watches being the last two. What else left is there in the consumer device space? Not much at all.
We need to secure a usable A E S T H E T I C desktop OS before Vaporwave runs out of steam. I nominate Haiku and ReactOS. Both aren't just Unix like most open source operating systems, but reflect a specific period in time. It would also be cool to see a compatible Mac OS X Tiger clone, but that's probably too much to ask.

"Shit" is an exaggeration. There have always been ups and downs and while today's Apple is arguably worse than it was 10 years ago, it's still better than Google or Microsoft. I'm probably going to buy whatever iPhone's best in 2018 and there's like a 90% chance that I'll own the next Mac Pro, if they don't fuck it up again that is.

Oh shit, you got me!

This is how I know this is a bait.
