Blender is really good when you know how to use it (becouse it works deferntly to anything you may ever tried)

Shotcut is very good for basic things.

Go fuck yourself. Blender has the most backwards retarded way of doing everything. It's literally the worst designed piece of software on the planet. It's like the devs specifically tried to make it as shit as humanly possible.
Concatenation of files with same codecs:
create a file mylist.txt with all the files you want to have concatenated.
#This list is named mylist.txt
file '/path/to/file1'
file '/path/to/file2'
file '/path/to/file3'
ffmpeg -f concat -safe 0 -i mylist.txt -c copy output
# -safe 0 is not required if the paths are relative.

It makes sense to any blender user, so if you can't use it it's because you're retarded.
Actually the video editor in blender is made to work with the same shortcuts that the rest of the suit (and sharing tools too), so if you know how to model in blender its super intuitive.
Of course if you don't know blender and only want to use the video editor, it will be a complete nightmare to find out how to do things.
Premiere is the least shit one. Everything else is deprecated garbage.
Video editing is still stuck in the past though, literally no editor can properly handle actual lossless video (as in no chroma subsampling, 4:4:4)
