oh shit ok i didnt notice the memory thing but i want to stick with the i3 bc it has a 3.9ghz witch i dont think ryzen 3 will even be 3.4ghz

144hz monitor with rx 580 is fine if you drop a few settings, but the i3 is quite too weak to achieve the framerate and lowering settings won't help there. That, and the fact that you're pairing a "weak" cpu with a not-in-the-same-price-range amd gpu which have slightly more cpu overhead in drivers than nvidia causing less performance makes this a not properly balanced build
also, cooler is unneeded unless you do need the decreased noise and temperatures. Otherwise, there is no point.

Get cheaper memory too, high speed memory with budget board doesn't go well together.

AMD doesn't lock it's users out of overclocking, and considering this is the same architecture they are using in Ryzen 7 & 5 it's 100% sure they will be able to hit 3.9GHz, though not much higher than that.
They will also have 4 cores instead of the 2 + Hyperthreading that i3 offers.
More cores in the high end desktop usually doesn't offer that much for gamers, but the leap from 2 physical cores + 2 virtual to 4 physical is high and is the reason of the performance gap between i3s and i5s, whether it is in gaming or everywhere else.
a 500mhz difference does not make up for 2x less cores. Not even 1GHz would, especially when it's 2 vs 4 cores.

You won't get enough fps with that build to justificate a 144hz monitor, might as well save a bit there and get a bigger ssd. For a build like this you're better off getting the G4560 instead of the i3, similar performance but better price, or wait to see how ryzen 3 will perform if you can't get ryzen 5. And fuck off to pcb general next time.
