>>
>>59982422

>>
>>59982393
Yes the official microsoft post about it describes how to further disable the remaining telemetry data from level 0, follow it - they provide a way for corporations to have literally 0 data sent to microsoft.
>>
>>59982409
Nothing can stop it except one particular windows update, and even that is no longer a real problem. And if it does simply hit activate again.
Daz loader is 7 only. Windows 8 and up use KMS activation which is what MS Toolkit offers. This is due to how Microsoft changed how activation works on OSes after 7 because their ass got pounded by windows 7 pirates. Don't make the mistake that they don't care about pirates, they do, especially if you're selling pirated 7 builds in the open.
>>
>>59982436
Do you have a copy of the Windows 10 sysadmin manual that's internal use only. Because I only have 7.
>>
>>59982436
You can't fully disable it, unless you keep your system offline. Microsoft's post only highlights the knownpossible ways of reducing it, whether it's availaible through UI or not and what it sends.

You don't need that on 7. Only 8.1+ can generate the so-called Unique advertising ID (7 doesn't have this capability, nor it has the means of using it). CEIP is disabled by default, the only thing you need to disable is error reporting.

>When you remove things like Telemetry via Enterprise, DRM like Denuvo fails, so you cannot play the games you pay for

Complete horse shit. I'm running Enterprise activated via KMS, with every privacy tweak on the fucking internet implemented and Denuvo gaymes run just fine. I was playing Mankind Divided just earlier.

You can download a 90 day evaluation here, then select LTSB:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/evalcenter/evaluate-windows-10-enterprise

But what you do after 90 days, I donno. Maybe there'll be a crack? Or you can buy it legit for cheap?

MS is the new Anno of tech.

same, except I'm playing it on linux and didn't have to do any of that dumb shit to make my OS stop spying on me

Lel

Didn't happen in ME
Didn't happen in Vista
Didn't happen in 8/8.1

If anything I think those who can will convert to Apple or Chromebooks.

Don't download the eval build, it can't be activated. Get the proper VL iso

never going to happen
>>
>>59986660
Considering mobile stuff like tablets are rapidly replacing traditional PCs for normies, and Android is technically Linux, it kind of already is here.
>>
>>59981170
Isn't a normie friendly Linux distro kind of a low hanging fruit for a company like google? I mean I can see Google taking over the desktop market with a thing like that.
>>
>>59986733
They already tried and fucked it up. Or did you forget about ChromeOS?

2018 version is coming soon so why bother
each LTSB version is a separate install anyway, you don't upgrade from one to another, you basically download the new iso and reinstall
>>
>>59986758
that's not comparable at all and you know it

I have an RSS feed for my chinese cartoons on deluge though.

Mixed Reality Portal isn't a 3rd party bloat app. Also, the bloat apps don't come back unless you clean install.
