Got my 940 clone today. Its really nice, it came drop shutting but I don't really like that so I tightened the pivot and loctited it. The quality of the carbon fiber is fantastic, the blade is ground perfect (unlike real benchmades), its perfectly centered, theres a small amount of side to side blade play if you really crank on it but my real benchmades do this as well. And to top it all off; its only 75g which is insane for a 3.5" blade.

Highly recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade from ganzos and such. It was €66 (real thing is €360) and shipping took for fucking ever.

Chink glass frog is nice guys. I really like it, might get a few different glass pieces in the future.
Only gripe is that it isn't perfectly balanced but that doesn't really matter. As long as I don't hit my desk or something, otherwise it'll move a bit.
I am also surprised at how fast it arrived!
Ordered on the 7th of April, and it got here today.

I'm kinda interested in picking up a smart watch. I'd like one that has a heart rate monitor built in, but I want more than just one of those fitbit type things. Anyone have any good suggestions?

>>59978286
Not really chinkshit suggestions but the Apple Watch if you have an iPhone. Gear S3 if you have a Samsung phone (okay-ish if you have standard Android). Android Wear 2 watches, Zen Watch 3 is good.

I own the Huawei Watch, it only has a developer build of Android Wear 2 right now. It's stylish and I like that but if you want something going forwards I would recommend avoiding this watch as Huawei's currently president has decided to insult smartwatches so it's likely that they may not make any more in the future.

If you want a chink smartwatch then you need something like the KW88 but it needs a lot of tweaks, avoid square chink smartwatches as the custom ROM support is usually poor. DM98 apparently has great battery life but is huge and has no custom ROM support.

I own the No1 D6, it's not bad but the battery life is terrible unless you install the only battery saving ROM on it.

The AmazFit has good reviews but I don't own it, community support for it seems good and the actual devs still make stuff for it so it's getting new stuff all the time.

In general the heart rate monitors for smart watches are pathetic, do your research before you commit as it's probably cheaper to just get a regular watch and put on a fitness band when you do gym.

I'll check those out, anon. I like the round ones anyway.

Although now that I think about it more, it's a bit of a frivolous purpose. I wear a cheap casio because I work with chemicals all day and I would imagine a smart watch is much more susceptible to damage from solvents that a regular old F-91. It would still be fun, but I wouldn't be able to wear it very much. I do like the idea though, maybe I'll get the Xiaomi one listed in the OP to try it out and if it's something I really like I can spend a bit more for a nicer one with more features.

US """"Manufacturers"""" (read: distributors and brands that just slap a name and logo on a chink product) are the ones making money right now off chink crap. Having the same shit produced in the US would break even or cost less due to:

>bigger profit margins for the producer company due to the fewer changes of hands from factory to end user
>less headaches over loss of product/quality control
>less DEALING WITH CHINKS DIRECTLY (see image)

Instead of having to go through multiple layers of chinks before even getting a product imported, branding and custom packaging, etc it's better to just produce products domestically as it also means you're employing people who will put money into the pockets of other potential customers.

The people selling chinkshit to normies are scammers. They hate people like us who buy direct from chinkland because we kill their scam jobs.

Americans (and some other cultures like english, french, japanese and taiwanese) have a thing called "taking pride in your work" and there's still americans alive who long for the glory days of "made in america." Compare how even the hordes of dumbass hillbillies have pride vs how chinks are in a massive oversupply of retarded backstabby rural chink labor.

But I'll keep buying chink shit as long as my other option is just several times more expensive for the same shit with just a proper english box.

You can sometimes get a Sony Smartwatch 3 for cheap if you want something to toy with. It won't get Android Wear 2 from Sony but people are making a custom ROM for it, the progress is early so don't expect much.

The ZenWatch 2 can also sometimes be found cheap but again Asus does not seem to want to put Android Wear 2 on it. The community have ported the Huawei Watch's Android Wear 2 developer build, it's buggy but it works. If you consider a ZenWatch 2, beware that there are two models (frustratingly they are both called the ZenWatch 2) and you'll want the model with the loudspeaker.

It really depends what you want it for, a typical Android Wear is mainly to remotely use your phone for some basic functionality. Works decently for GPS with Google Maps. Controlling your music from your wrist is also nice if you're using headphones that don't have remote controls.

No Android Wear 2 means replying to SMS/Emails are done purely via voice which is terrible, you're better off taking your phone out of your pocket.

If you happen to have a Samsung phone then I would very much recommend the Gear S2 or S3, the twisting bezel can get annoying if you're wearing a shirt but they're both very nice smartwatches. These two watches work on regular Android but you'll have some functionality cut out because Samsung pulled a dick move and made it so some of the watch functions don't work without a Samsung phone.

Circular chink smartwatches can be found rather cheap though, do be sure to do some research if you look into these. They usually run full Android and do not really tether to your phone so they can run standalone. The GPS on these watches suck bad (game over if you stand under a tree).

If you're into your fitness game, I wouldn't recommend any smartwatch, get a fitness band.

They'll work for you now. 17track doesn't pick up POS Malaysia tracking numbers, so you have to hover the item in the origin column and click the truck icon that appears to force it to use POS Malaysia. But once you've done it once it remembers for that tracking number, for anyone who tries tracking it.

Because they released revisions with other parts and also models with more features.

The small mini will do if you mostly need 802.11n. It has very decent range and performance. (Tenda or TP-Link something also would be fine. Whatever runs OpenWRT or a derivative really. as many Chink routers do).

If you need *ac -which most don't on an objective analysis- you probably can make do with the 4 antenna version 3 that has it.

You likely don't want any model with the option to add a HDD, and maybe you can omit GB ethernet too (delegate it to another device if you need it).

I'm kind of new to /csg/ threads and in need of a new phone. I read through the wiki a bit and have been browsing recommended sites and it seems like the general consensus is Xiaomi phones are best bang for your buck. I'm kind of lost from here on what to get and from where though. I'm just looking for a powerful phone with a nice screen and decent battery life that I can do some android dev stuff on as well. Price isn't an issue and I was looking at this phone. Seemed to be decent. The only thing that worries me now is the thought of a backdoor on my phone after reading the wiki? Or is this just a warning about certain less popular brands?

>The only thing that worries me now is the thought of a backdoor on my phone after reading the wiki?
Fuck that noise. I've got a university degree in the approximate field and I couldn't tell you how many backdoors by who I might have on my phone.

That said, the general situation is that some resellers or their suppliers DO install adware and spyware on phones or components like the stock browser.

Basic caution against this is to treat the default install as hostile unless verifiable to be something known - in practice, just flash the stock ROM or any 3rd party ROM. Maybe they also have botnet spyware (they maybe do - heh), but at least it's not as likely that it's immensely hostile.
[Assertion: Xiaomi probably doesn't want to do anything worse than Google does, for reputation reasons.]
>>
>>59984687
> Hmm so should i go with 3 if i want ac?
Yea, you'd presumably pick that one.

It's okay hardware for ~$30. Just note that stock doesn't have very much configuration options and standard OpenWRT wasn't ported yet when I last checked (maybe it is now, no clue).

> I also read it has an official english firmware, is that true?
Maybe it has now, it didn't when I installed it. I used chrome's google translate to get a translation.

There aren't *that* many options anyhow (no comparison to fancy things like pfsense, DD-WRT, OpenWRT or even Tomato). You can easily make do with a basic translation or even translated screenshots of the UI.

Not entirely what I meant.

I also assume Zuk, Doogee and the other entities that bothered to design, manufacture and sell phones are worried a bit about their reputation. Even some custom ROM creator on a forum they don't control usually will be doing it seriously.

But some unknown small criminal somewhere in the supply chain of a reseller or the reseller itself may just want your credit card information or a few cents of advertisement spam & browser redirect income.

I recommend the Xiaomeme vacuum.

Perhaps the biggest advantages to it is that it can navigate rooms better than almost all the other Chink robots - can cut 15-30 minutes of noise from cleaning your flat.

If you have carpets, you might also like that it has more suction, might not matter as much if you don't.

It's all around a very good device, even if it's almost completely Chinese only - including speech and 9/10 of the app.

Long time CSG lurker, first time poster. Here’s a review of pretty much everything I’ve ever bought.
Bear in mind some of these prices are months out of date, and some links I’ve replaced with identical items.

Xiaomi mi5 Pro (128 Gb – 4Gb RAM ceramic black edition) – 5/5
>https://www.aliexpress.com/item/Original-Xiaomi-Mi5-Pro-M5-Mi-5-Mobile-Phone-Snapdragon-820-4GB-RAM-128GB-ROM-5/32754786277.html
Looks aesthetic as fuck. Love it. Camera is great. Decided to stick with MIUI and embrace the botnet after trying a few other custom ROMs because I like a lot of its features. Despite having only a 3000 mAH battery it can still last for 2 days under normal use. Excellent phone.

Xiaomi Hybrids – 5/5
>https://www.aliexpress.com/item/Original-Xiaomi-Hybrid-Mi-In-Ear-Headphones-Pro-For-Xiaomi-Lenovo-Android-Phones/32660106565.html
Very happy with these. Comfortable fit in my ear and the sound seems good for a pleb like me. Controls work well except when it gets very cold for some reason.

Stainless steel tea strainer/infuser thingy – 4/5
>https://www.aliexpress.com/item/New-Stainless-Tobacco-Pipe-Shape-Tea-Leaf-Strainer-Spice-Infuser-Filter-Diffuser/32493116996.html
Does what it’s supposed to. Sliding mechanism could be sharper. Hasn't rusted yet.

Bottle cap opener – 3/5
>https://www.aliexpress.com/item/2pcs-Pocket-Key-Chain-Beer-Bottle-Opener-Claw-Bar-Small-Beverage-Keychain-Ring-Silver-46/32711007269.html
Can’t complain for the price, kind of useless though. Very thin and kind of flimsy, feels like it's going to break any second.

Bike light in the shape of a ball sack - 4/5
>https://www.aliexpress.com/item/Bike-Light-Heart-Silicone-Bicycle-Lights-LED-Cycling-Safty-Lamp-Waterproof-Tail-Warning-Lamps-Flashing-Blue/32701439069.html
Benis :DDDD

>>
>>59985435
Only watched & read reviews for the others.

Decided against getting the others when I realized how much extra time sufficient driving patterns not supported by a sensor would take.

Even with the Xiaomeme it's clear that the objects too small to reliably scan take it a good amount of time of bumping against and driving around.
>>
Funny wine bottle stopper - 3/5
>https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1pc-Newest-Funny-Happy-Man-Guy-Wine-Stopper-Novelty-Bar-Tools-Wine-Cork-Bottle-Plug-Perky/32694834669.html
Another "I bought it because it was cheap" purchase.

Chalk bag for climbing – 5/5
>https://www.aliexpress.com/item/Blue-Black-Red-Color-Rock-Climbing-Chalk-Bag-Antiskid-Mountaineering-Powders-Assorted-Bag-Rock-prevent-slippery/32771231461.html
These are very expensive to buy locally for some reason so I grabbed this one (black). Looks and feels well made. Outer material is rough and durable, whereas the drawstring area inside feels soft like silk.

Banana plush – 5/5
>https://www.aliexpress.com/item/Super-Cute-6CM-Little-Yellow-Banana-Plush-Stuffed-TOY-small-String-Keychain-plush-doll-TOY/32704620730.html
:3

Rear bike light – 5/5
>https://www.aliexpress.com/item/Cycling-Usb-Rechargeable-Led-Rear-Bicycle-Front-Light-Outdoor-MTB-Warning-Lamp-at-Night-Shockproof-Waterproof/32635357128.html
Refreshingly, this doesn’t rattle off the fucking bike every time I go over a bump in the road. Very stable, small but bright.

Xiaomi band 2 – 4/5
>https://www.aliexpress.com/item/Xiaomi-Mi-Band-2-Miband2-Wristband-Bracelet-with-Smart-Heart-Rate-Fitness-Touchpad-OLED-Screen-band2/32749212808.html
More botnet. Got this cheap by stacking coupons during the sale. Easy to pair with phone. Heart rate monitor seems unreliable, claimed mine was 68 after 30 minutes of intensive exercise, them randomly spikes to 85 when I’m doing nothing. Too early to tell if the sleep monitoring function works well or not. Feels comfortable on my wrist.

King of hearts shirt – 5/5
>https://www.aliexpress.com/item/3D-Playing-Cards-King-Queen-Tees-Men-Tshirts-Long-Sleeve-Round-Neck-Funny-Trend-Fashion-Tops/32771150765.html

You can make it do a full cleaning run if you just tap the power button after it's on. It'll scan and clean as normal. And you can send it home with the home button.

For just about anything else I think you need the app. Things like if you want to see the visualization of its internal map & the path it took on the current run, remote start the cleaning process, adjust suction levels, or program an automatic cleaning schedule or program batch automation of it together with other xiaomeme smart devices to run when you leave the house, and so on.

If you get used stuff off ebay from a seller in the same/a close country you can get a refund easier if it's gross and a health hazard than with chink shit. If something legitimately belongs in the trash (IE cloth, wood or rubber pieces impregnated with years of cig residue and burn marks, moldy, and so on) you can usually get a refund without having to ship it back. And even if you do it's still cheaper than dealing with the headache of a chink seller whose business model is based on you not shipping it back.

It needs something like that if you want it to navigate efficiently.

I don't think you can derive *too* much about the contents of a room from a LIDAR scan. Maybe you can guess where a table or chairs are, but it doesn't really show all *that* much since it's a 2D slice of the room. See here:

Dead pixels long haven't been "factory rejects".

They standardized the damage in classes (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_13406-2) and have still sold them for well over a decade now - Class II and III long had an (obvious) tendency to end up on cheaper devices. What else.

got a meme knife and an adjustable hand grip trainer.
when this order was still in dispatching I realized I had selected an old address when ordering. immediately contacted gaybeast support and they said they're able to change it. their website still showed the old address, so I wasn't sure if they really changed it until it arrived.

I wouldn't know. Here it's only the externals.

Well, I can raise the point out that we haven't verified that the speakers couldn't act as microphones in the specific configuration they're added to the vacuum cleaner or other such possibilities, but then it just never ends with smart devices.

Posting my chink shit. A lot of these items are no longer available because I primarily use ebay.

>Azure Color Block Shirt
http://www.gearbest.com/sweatshirts-hoodies/pp_469026.html
It's soft but came with some dirt/dust/random strings on it. Metal pieces on the drawstring are open and hollow and feel cheap. Washes nicely. Doesn't appear to be bad quality cloth. Lightweight too. Not sure how warm it is in the wind as I haven't had a chance to go out in the cold with it and it's spring now. Would say it's more of a spring/fall shirt anyway.

Superlux HD 668Bs - Bought from ebay before I actually knew they were chink shit back in 2015. Still going strong, only thing is the plastic in the band has cracked in a few places due to my fuckups in trying to reduce the clamping force. What actually worked to fix that was rolling up paper towels and stuffing them under the rims of the pads to increase the cushioning. It can't hurt you if you cushion it. I don't like doing doing it but it works.

>1$ gold 6.5mm to 3.5mm audio adapter
Took too long to get here. Quality of recording was trash, but I don't know if that was the cable I was adapting or the adapter since I had no other cables with a 6.5mm end to test with.

>3M Braided Fabric Micro USB Data&Sync Charger Cable Cord Data
It's a cable and it works for my Dualshock 4. I don't take it outside of my home but it matches my PC color nicely.

>Neewer Zinc Alloy Black Professional Moving Coil Handheld Dynamic Microphone

I like this. It's very useful as it block out ambient noise but you have to be close to it else it's very quiet. Good if you're loud

>Nitecore Tube
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Nitecore-Tube/252672029515

I carry it on my keys. Very nice, lightweight flashlight. Some places have it cheaper during sales but this seller has a low normal price on ebay and didn't sell me a fake.

Lastly, two Xiaomi Bluetooth speakers. I'll do a proper comparison later (can't test them at full volume at the moment so can't really say anything about the sound quality). So far I like the cylinder one more, as it has volume control and play/pause. Square one only has on/off switch.

Clarification: the exact item listing I bought from the exact seller is often no longer available

>53 in 1 screwdriver set
http://www.ebay.com/itm/53/142074185782
Comes with a lot of shit and feels nice. Bits are in little rubbered gaskets set into the case. The bits it takes are not standard 1/4" though, so if you lose or break some you're probably fucked.

>1$ Wireless USB Bluetooth 2.0 Adapter Dongle

I don't use this often because for some reason the dongle itself heats up and I get an unsettling feeling while it's plugged in for some reason. I might just be sensitive to the shitty bluetooth or other RF maybe. Hassle to get set up but it works I guess.

>12-in-1 pen screwdriver
http://www.ebay.com/itm/12-Kinds-Precision-Pen-Screw-Driver-Set-Kit-Mobile-Tool-Handy-/161807266700

It's one of those Big Clive Specials but with 6 double-ended bits for a slightly higher price. Had to be scrubbed a bit after arriving due to some paint flaking on the insides. I keep in in a drawer and use it when my 53-in-1 is out of reach or unnecessary. Bit tips are smaller sized than the usual pen screwdriver, and I don't have a normal one to test cross-compatibility.

Side note: BuyInCoins is a really bizarre chink item producer. Seen weird shit and variations on the standard chinkshit models that they make but no one else does. Ebay sellers are all affiliates and they have their own site, but I don't know how dodgy it is to use directly.

>plain camera lens adapters for M42 and M39 lenses to sony NEX

Simple screw-in/clip-in item.

>Neewer 8Feet/2.5M Low Noise Microphone Cable 3.5mm Mono Male to XLR Female

Works much better than the cable that came with my mic. I don't know how well it compares to audiophile crap but it was $8

>White Suspension Boom Scissor Arm Recording Microphone Mic Stand Holder

Hasn't broken yet after 3 months. Sometimes the small metal part that connects to the (non-shock yet) mount feels a little loose.

Weirder stuff

>Glass top metal L-shaped computer desk
Sold on amazon, ebay, sears, walmart, dodgy retail stores and so on. It's actually chink shit. Costs about $60 and assembles easily. stable on my carpet and is a lot of desk space. Cons? No drawers, no keyboard tray (if you want one), it's ONLY a desk top. One of my friends has one and recommended it to me, saying it has held up for over 5 years. I hope mine does too.

>8$ Chinkshit drill bit set from local hardware store
Only used the 1/4" but it seems to be fine. Afterwards found out chinks only properly harden a few sizes of US bits: http://www.bridgecitytools.com/blog/2010/10/25/5-for-a-18-twist-drill-only-in-america/
Luckily I only got the small 7-piece set and I have safety gear in case this is still going on.

There's a huge store that I live near which sells lots of chink shit, including the big bulky items that you normally would never buy due to shipping and uncertainty. Some shit is cheaper than using the standard internet sellers too, and I like being able to inspect things before I buy them:
>6ft 3.5mm audio extension cable with metallic ends
Got a bunch for 1$ each. They feel very cheap but they work I guess.

>Collapsible storage ottomans
They work as more comfortable impromptu seats than milk crates. They hold together well when open, can hold a lot of stuff and hold my fat friend stably. Only issue is the padding on the top is very thin so don't sit on them for more than a couple hours.

>2pack of chink bungee cords
rubber tips came off the hooks but they hold up otherwise

>chink tarps
They work and haven't ripped after a few weeks of wear.

>>59986904

My local Indian Dollar Stores sell chink shit too. Mostly household goods but there's /g/ stuff as well (cables, tools, etc). Only even mentioning it because I never thought to check them until recently. Because they're somehow cheaper than online items (volume discounts?) and faster to get than chinkland shipping, while being the exact same items, they may be worth hunting through for individual anons. But even the ones in my area don't have a lot of crossover in what they carry so YMMV.
>bike inner tube repair kit
Haven't had to use it yet, hope it works!

>flat stamped steel bike wrench
Was like $1.17. rough edges but it works. Wear gloves.

>wire brushes
They didn't fall apart after a couple uses. One is a 3 pack of small toothbrush-sized ones and the other is a big one with a wooden handle and very stiff bristles.

You're gambling with them. If you like the frames (which is what you're actually paying for when buying sunglasss) then you need to use your own lenses or shell out for testing equipment.

When looking for lenses, polycarbonate is your best bet for lens material as polycarbonate is 100% UV protective.

KZ ATE-S
arrived from gearbest.

Sounds a bit better than the KZ ED2. The new earbuds have slightly clearer highs and they're quite a bit louder.
I didn't get those golden shits with them for isolation, but idgaf.

EIAOSI X6: 6/10.
KZ ED2: 7/10.
KZ ATE-S: 9/10.

(Just because I never even tried anything more expensive than these)

Wizard from Black Sabbath for example sounds way better, clearer.
OTOH, ASMRs sometimes get shitty because too much bass.
On electronic music the extra bass ia noticeable but it doesn't ruin it like with ASMR's.

The foam tips aren't that bad but in my ears they can't fully reach the hole, meaning the music sounds much less loud.

The first time you plug them in your ears, it feels uncomfy, but after a while you don't even notice them being in your ears.

Satisfied overall.

Chinks are likely to just use tinted plastic or shitty recylcled glass, you morons.

Polycarbonate won't warp and melt if you leave it in a car on a hot summer day. Chink lenses have a high possibility of doing so. If style was not a factor then wearing even the cheapest certified polycarbonate safety glasses will give you more UV protection without actually blocking the blinding sun than bad chink sunglasses that only block visible light.

2 months. If you bought insurance(which is like $3? i dunno) they'll refund you everything. If you didnt, they limit it to 50%. If the item arrives and is shit(as was the case with my S912 tv box) they might refund 100% if you're convincing with your complaint.

In all honesty, they're not the best company to deal with. They ususally have the lowest price(within a few pennies, atleast) but their shipping time is awful. Fasttech and Banggood both seem superior.

I was looking for chink sun protection and most of the reviews were saying that the shit has a low melting point, plus you don't know what you're getting. I would trust street vendors more than ali sellers on this because it's highly unlikely that someone can test that shit themselves or go after the chink scamming them.

I don't even know what luxottica is. Buy your chink frames and then stuff quality lenses in them. Pop the lenses out of big grandma drugstore sunglasses and get them cut to fit. Get or make custom polycarbonate lenses. Whatever you want. Just don't ruin your eyes.
>>
>>59989535
What reviews? I agree with not knowing what you're getting, but if they can deliver proper polarization I don't see why chinks cant give proper UV.
>>
>>59989420
Thanks for the explanation. If I buy anything expensive from them, I will consider insurance or paid tracking because the gamble for 50% refund is just not worth it. Although it does work out good for you when it is just a shipping delay and you get the item anyway.

any good chink capture cards? or some other way to record video from composite? the fpv quality is actually pretty good and it will cut down the weight without an extra cam on it.

vid is Kingkong 90GT with SQ8 cam taped on the bottom btw.

That's my experience as well. I've got Rock Zircon and one of their covers, but I've heard that Rock Mula, for example, is pretty bad.

So it'd be nice if someone had tried those I linked, before I buy anything
