I know the feel, man. For me, it was the vidya. You don't have to stop playing them, just don't play them as much. Buy programming books and go through the exercises. Spend some time just tinkering around with code. Just set a limit to your time spent playing vidya. The more you do it, the easier it gets. Good luck, anon.
