Whats your take on this?

Anyone who lets their desktop get that cluttered is probably too lazy to clean it up and has shit organizational skills anyway. Might as well just leave it a mess. Just like your life.
>>59973481
But what about the organized icons not like OP pic?
>>59973457
I never see my desktop anyway because I'm using i3.
>>59973596
what about at boot?
>>59973620
I run programs with meta-D and open files in command line (such as "gwenview Images/memes/Ping\ Pong\ Zedong.png"). Here is my /desktop/
>>59973457
Only macs would need this option. Windows desktops are always clean.
>>59973659
Yes, that's the problem with i3. I can never gaze at my background.
>>59974286
You can setup i3 so you can see your background (transparency, spacing). I don't see the point but you can.
>>59973457
Icons are always incredibly inefficient either way.

>transparency
disgusting
>spacing
disgusting

Because looking at a magnificent wallpaper you'll get bored of in two weeks isn't disgusting?

I don't know. I have only 2" to look at it every week when I start my X session before I spawn a xterm by pressing win+enter. But I love my wallpaper.

Thanks for the tip.
I rarely see my desktop so I don't really care if there are icons on it.
